Soup Enzo

Ever since I first came to Amsterdam in 2006, I've eaten at a soup bar called Soup Enzo. Went there today and had a Dutch Split Pea soup which reminded me a lot of the one my mom use to make except this one had smoke sausage. After tasting it I got to thinking if mom made that from.scratch or got it from Campbell's and then embellished it. I'm still after that recipe. She passed in 2008 and I never got around to asking her about it.
Soup Enzo is small. It can sit about 8 or 9 inside and has a small terrace with 3 or 4 tables. I don't think the place has changed much since I first ate there in the winter of 2006. Here are some pictures.
